Article Submission and Usage Guidelines For All Web Content

1 - Please submit original content. If you have hired someone to write the material you are submitting, you agree that you have exclusive rights to that material.

2 - This is a Web Content website and therefore the content you submit must fall within the theme of this website.

3 - There are no guarantees that your content will be published. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to publish your content. If we do publish your content, we reserve the right to remove your content at any time.

4 - If we feel that the category you have chosen for your content is not suitable, we reserve the right to place your content in a more suitable category.

5 - When you submit your content to All Web Content, you agree that we have permission to also publish your content on any of our partner sites around the web. You agree to allow us to publish your article in RSS format (RSS syndication available on All Web Content and other partner sites), which enables other websites to syndicate your content. You agree to allow us to publish your content in any of our newsletters.

6 - We reserve the right to add advertising on the pages your content appears on.

7 - Your content is offered at no charge to our visitors. You will not be paid for submitting your content to our sites and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published.

8 - We reserve the right to change or add to these terms of service at any time.

9 - You agree to not include any links to affiliate or partner programs that you belong to within the content you submit.

10 - Your submitted content will remain on our site(s) indefinitely

11 - You agree to allow us to edit your content for spelling errors, to change image sizes, or any other changes that we feel are necessary for your content to conform to the look and feel of All Web Content and its partner sites.

12 - We encourage you to submit your own resource box at the end of your publication. The resource box should include your name, website and/or email address, and a short description. Your Resource box can contain no more than 3 links. If an article contains more than 3 links, we reserve the right to remove any number of links so that only 3 remain.

13 - You retain full copyright of your submitted material

14 - You agree to allow other websites, newsletters, ezines, or other online print publications to re-print the content you submit to All Web Content. All Web Content is not responsible if anyone should violate your copyrights. It is up to you the author to take any necessary legal action against anyone who violates a copyright.

15 - The body of your articles does not contain any links.
